ONE Atlas provides customized digital products tailored to meet individual needs. The moment a report has been generated, it becomes a unique asset that cannot be resold or reused under any circumstances, ensuring that each customer receives an exclusive experience.

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The report was not delivered to you as promised within the specified timeframe, causing inconvenience.

  • A system error prevented generation of the report, thus not allowing you to receive the service you were expecting.

  • Duplicate payment occurred, leading to an unfair charge for the same product.

Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for consideration. This seven-day window is essential for us to review each case thoroughly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after the purchase has been made, as we understand that decisions can vary.

  • Dissatisfaction with interpretation of the report, as we strive to provide the best possible analysis based on the information provided.

  • Incorrect birth data provided by the customer at the time of purchase, which may lead to inaccuracies in the report.
